Each expansion of World of Warcraft brings a few new legendaries for classes to strive for and while the middle of the current expansion brought a powerful legendary weapon for casters, the end of the expansion will see rogues getting their own weapon meaning anyone with a rogue character would do well to sell World of Warcraft account since people will want a character with which to obtain this new weapon. Rogues who choose to try and get the new legendary will need to complete a series of difficult quests before they are granted the final weapon at maximum power.
